So proud of my graduate!

As I tell anyone who will listen – “I raised a full grown human!”  I’m so proud of Kyle – he graduated from High School last week and is an amazing young man.  When he was little people would warn me of the “teen years” – telling me to brace myself for being eaten out of house and home, disrespect, madness and mayhem and everything many like to roll into “boys will be boys”.  I am happy to say I have enjoyed the teen years and we’ve gotten along quite well.

I’ve done the best I can to prepare him to leave the nest and set off on the adventure that is his life.  The adventure begins at Boston University in the fall.  All I can say is thank goodness for texting and Skype – it will make the transition a little easier from this proud mama!
